India's Pragyan Ojha Banned from Bowling due to suspect Bowling action.






Pragyan Ojha who has played 24 tests, 18 ODI's and 6 T20's for India has been banned from bowling due to suspect bowling action. Ojha's action had been under the scanner for over a year. It is believed Ojha had discussed the matter with the national selectors, resulting in his action getting tested in Chennai, India.
           The BCCI has finally banned discarded India left arm spinner from bowling in competetive matches due to suspect action. The BCCI has officially informed Ojha's home state association hyderabad about his action needs remidal measures.

He was also released by his IPL team Mumbai Indians. But to everyone's surprise ojha retained Grade B retainership status of 50 L in recently announced annual contracts by the BCCI.
